Real Estate Salesman Unit I Pre-License Course

Class cost is $699.00 – this covers Tuition, Books and Application assistance.

This is the 60-hour, S.C. Real Estate Commission approved course, required before you can take the state exam for a real estate salesman license. This comprehensive and exciting course covers, S.C. real estate laws, federal laws, appraisal, contracts, property management, financing, arithmetic, agency, real property law, ethics, settlement, and closings. The course is taught by instructors with decades of experience in the real estate, appraisal, and mortgage lending industry. Our classes are engaging using power point, lecture, problem-solving and student discussion and participation. THIS IS THE CLASS YOU NEED TO PASS THE REAL ESTATE SALESMAN LICENSE EXAM.

These classes are scheduled 9am – 5pm with an hour lunch break.

Bluffton Campus – Weekend Course – $699

These classes are held 9am – 5pm on weekend days (Saturdays and Sundays non-consecutively) with an hour lunch break.
